Please read through our most commonly asked questions about our school picture day process.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY PRINT ORDER?
During our FALL and SPRING portrait seasons, orders can take 3-4 weeks to be delivered to the school or in some cases mailed to you.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY DIGITAL ORDER?
Order links are sent via text through the Capture Life App. A link will also be emailed to you and you will receive this as soon as the portrait has been processed.
NOTE: When ordering a digital file, please include your email and phone number on the order.
CAN I GET A PHOTO OF MY CHILDREN TOGETHER?
Our school picture days are set up for individual students only.
WHAT IF MY CHILD MISSED PICTURE DAY?
FALL: There is a make-up day, if you miss that day, unfortunately, your student will not be photographed.
SPRING: There are NO retake days.
SPRING NOTE: If you missed the fall photo days and/or your student transferred in after fall photos, your spring photo will be used for the yearbook.AJCHS - no spring photos.
WHAT IF MY CHILD NEEDS A RETAKE?
Return your complete package to the photographer on makeup day. Your student will receive new portraits in exchange for your returned package.
DO YOU OFFER RETOUCHING?
We offer 2 different types: BASIC: Removes basic blemishes.
EXTENSIVE: Remove Blemishes & scars, evens skin tone, whitens teeth, and fixes stray hairs.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
There are no fees for your child to be photographed and there is no obligation for parents to order.
FALL: There is a pre-pay option (by envelope and online) that offers you a discounted price by purchasing early. If you decide to wait for the proofs, you can order online, but at a higher rate and shipping rates will apply, as it will be shipped directly to you.
SPRING: There is not a pre-pay option. Proof envelopes will be delivered to your school for you to order from or online. There will be a deadline to turn in order forms. After that date, ALL orders will need to be made online.
CAN I SUBMIT LATE OR ADDITIONAL ORDERS BY MAIL?
ALL late orders need to include an additional $6.00 to cover shipping and handling.

HOW DO I ORDER FOR MULTIPLE CHILDREN?
PREPAY: Envelope orders, you can combine students on one check, please fill out an envelope for each child and make a note stating which student has the check. Same with credit card orders.
ONLINE: 3-4 weeks after your students are photographed, you will receive a proof envelope with a code for each student photographed. Enter your first child's code and their gallery will pull up. At the bottom left of that gallery, you will see where you can enter additional children's codes.
NOTE: This ONLY works for galleries created from the same picture day. Meaning, you cannot check out from both a FALL and SPRING picture day gallery at the same time. We do not combine galleries for the reason that our pricing is structured differently.
